Cleaning a company facade: Professional results without a lifting platform
Is the facade of your commercial building, warehouse, or office building affected by green deposits, moss, or atmospheric pollution? A clean facade is your company's calling card. While you used to rely on expensive cleaning companies and renting aerial work platforms, Eagle Extend offers a smarter solution.
With our professional telescopic poles, you can safely clean your company facade, sheet pile profiles, and advertising signs from the ground. Save thousands of euros on maintenance costs and stay in control.
Why clean your business facade yourself?
The appearance of your building determines the first impression your customers make. But facade cleaning costs are skyrocketing, primarily due to labor costs and the rental of scaffolding or aerial platforms.
By investing in an Eagle Extend Telescope System , you transform this recurring expense into a one-time, tax-deductible investment.
The 3 benefits for entrepreneurs:
- Immediate Cost Savings: A specialized cleaning company charges around €65 per hour, excluding call-out fees and aerial platform rental. An Eagle Extend set often pays for itself after just one wash.
- Safety & Health: Ladders over 2.5 meters are officially prohibited for long-term commercial use. With our poles, your staff (or yourself) can work safely with both feet on the ground, up to a height of 12 meters.
- Flexibility: Does your billboard look dirty before an important client meeting? Simply grab the handle and clean it right away, without any waiting or scheduling.
Which telescopic handle is suitable for my business premises?
Not every facade is the same. Depending on the height and maintenance frequency, we recommend the right material. Eagle Extend distinguishes itself by using high-quality materials that are also used in professional window cleaning.
1. For advertising boards and the ground floor (Up to 5.5 meters)
Do you only need to clean fascia boards, billboards, or a ground-floor facade? Then the Aluminum Supreme series is a robust and affordable choice.
- Recommendation: Aluminum Supreme
2. For sheds and 1st floor (Up to 9 meters)
For higher facades and sheet pile profiles, weight is crucial. Aluminum becomes too heavy for your back in these situations. We strongly recommend carbon fiber . This material is 30% lighter and much stiffer, making it easier to apply pressure to the brush to remove stubborn dirt.
- Advice:Carbon Fiber
3. For high commercial buildings and intensive use (Up to 12+ meters)
Do you need to reach the roof of a warehouse, or will your facility staff be using the set weekly? Then choose the 3K Full Carbon series. Its woven structure provides maximum stiffness (minimal wobble) and exceptional wear resistance. This is a favorite among professionals.
- Recommendation: 3K Full Carbon
Tip: Not sure what length you need? Add 1.5 meters to the vertical height of your building. Because you'll be standing away from the facade (the work area), you'll need extra length to work comfortably.

Step-by-step plan: Cleaning facade cladding and advertising signs in 4 steps
With the right preparation, washing your facade is safe and effective. Follow this plan for a streak-free result.
Step 1
Pre-treat & Soap
Facades often have a greenish tinge due to weather and wind. Water alone is often not enough. Use the SoapFlow soap dispenser between your faucet and the handle. Fill it with our All-Purpose Cleaner . This cleaning agent is specially formulated to loosen atmospheric pollution and green deposits without damaging the surface.
Step 2
Extend the telescopic handle
Stand the Eagle Extend® telescopic handle upright and extend it to the desired height. The SureLock clamps prevent the handle from collapsing. Preferably use the 4-jet wash brush ; its width and 4-jet design allow for quick and thorough cleaning.
Step 3
Brushing & Foaming
Turn on the faucet and activate the soap dispenser. Apply a layer of foam to the fascia boards and let it sit briefly (don't let it dry!). Then scrub the surface thoroughly. The stiff handle allows you to apply sufficient pressure to remove stubborn residue.
Tip: Don't forget the underside of the overhang, as spider webs often hang there.
Step 4
Rinse clean
Turn off the soap supply and rinse the woodwork or plastic with clean water. Because fascia boards are not transparent (like glass), using lime-free water is less crucial, but for the best results (and if you're also cleaning the windows), we recommend the PureFlow Water Softener .

EXTRA: Five-Panel Wash Brush: A favorite for woodwork and window frames. Because the bristles are all around (including on the sides), you can work in corners and along edges without the hard plastic of the brush damaging your paintwork.
All-around cleaner: Essential for fascia boards. Dissolves soot, fine dust, and green deposits. Safe for paint, Trespa, and Keralit.
